Position Overview

The Janitor – Cleaning Department is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of dealership facilities. This role ensures that guest areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming. The position supports daily dealership operations by maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for guests, employees, and management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Replace water bottles in guest areas as needed to ensure availability for guests.

Maintain coffee machines by replacing coffee supplies and ensuring the area remains clean and organized.

Clean and sanitize surfaces throughout the facility, including desks, counters, and common areas.

Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, including paper products, soap dispensers, and other necessary supplies.

Sweep, mop, polish, and vacuum floors in guest areas, offices, and service department facilities.

Clean interior windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a professional appearance.

Remove trash from designated areas and ensure proper disposal in accordance with facility procedures.

Monitor cleaning supply levels and inform management when additional products, materials, or tools are required.

Follow all workplace safety procedures, including the proper use of cleaning equipment, protective gear, and non-slip footwear.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
