Responsibilities
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Assist customers and technicians with locating and ordering parts
  • Work with the Parts Manager to source parts not currently in stock
  • Complete special-order part requests for customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and order status
  • Maintain accurate inventory and organized work areas
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous auto parts experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
