What You'll Do
As the Territory Market Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and growing the Dealer Specialties brand across the region. Key responsibilities include:
  • Expanding brand presence in the market.
  • Lead and develop a team of account representatives, ensuring their growth and performance.
  • Manage P&L and ensure financial success through performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealerships and dealership groups.

What You Bring

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: Approximately $59,000 annually, plus bonus/commission. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc.
