The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the automotive sales department. This role involves leading a team of sales representatives to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales Team Management:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Sales Process Oversight:
  • Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Customer Satisfaction:
  • Foster a customer-centric, hospitality-based culture within the sales department.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management:

  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
