We have 3 locations to serve our customers and our goal is to remain the Pacific Northwest's Premier Auto Parts Supplier.

Job Description:

  • Operate a cash register, answer the telephone, work with computer and paper catalog systems
  • Work with current sales promotions and ability to process rebates and registrations
  • Build/maintain store displays; keep items stocked and priced
  • Are able to share knowledge about auto part features, benefits and warranty info
  • Maintain accurate invoicing records and cash drawer security
  • Process TAMS point-of-sale transactions properly.
  • Execute store policies and procedures in all transactions.

Additionally, you may be asked to:

  • Assist with checking in stock orders and stocking products on shelves
  • Clean and perform routine maintenance functions
  • Provide efficient and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner
Qualifications
  • Excel in a fast paced customer oriented environment

  • Maintain professional attitude, conduct, and appearance
  • Establish and maintain outstanding relations with NAPA customers
  • Must be capable of reading, writing legibly; and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes, able to accurately reference part numbers and applications from an extensive catalog.
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to use moving aids designed to move heavier items including hand trucks, pallet jacks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.
  • Must be able to bend or stoop to ground level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves, with use of step stool or ladder when necessary.
  • Must be able to work on their feet (stand or walk) for their assigned work shifts.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Perform associated duties as assigned by management.
