Sales Manager โ€“ Alfa Romeo / MaseratiPosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our Alfa Romeo and Maserati sales team. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing automotive professional who is passionate about luxury and performance brands and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, strong desking and closing skills, and the ability to develop a motivated, high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the prestige of the Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Manage daily showroom operations and sales activities
  • Desk deals, structure financing opportunities, and assist in closing sales
  • Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance and ensure a luxury-level client experience
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants to maximize performance and retention
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with leadership on inventory strategy and vehicle merchandising
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and legal requirements
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitability and market share
  • Review performance metrics and prepare reports for dealership leadership
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and local business partners
Qualifications
