BDC Representative Responsibilities:
  • Answering online leads and calls
  • Generating and manage leads
  • Making outbound calls
  • Make appointments for guests to view vehicles 
  • Logging customer details and comments in our system.
  • Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
  • Treat all guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
  • Ensuring potential guests are aware of any promotions.
  • Communicating with sales staff, sales managers, and General manager
  • Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Friendly, enthusiasm, with a positive "team-player" attitude 
  • Prior internet sales, BDC, or related experience a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
