Job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Dealer Trade Driver to join the Auffenberg Dealer Group team in Shiloh IL. This role is an ON CAll / As-Needed Position.  You will have the ability to accept/decline shifts.  No set schedule or minimum hours. Opportunity for supplemental income while still having flexibility of schedule.  Perfect for retirees, students or anyone wanting part time flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport vehicles between dealership locations
  • Properly secure vehicles for transport, including trailer handling
  • Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after transport
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • DOT certification qualifications are needed
  • Experience handling and securing vehicles safely on the trailer (physical ability to do so)
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
