Quality Archery Designs (QAD) is an industry leader in premium archery equipment. For over 30 years we've built products trusted by bowhunters and archers around the world.

We're looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on supporting our dealer network, processing orders, resolving product inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships, going beyond the responsibilities of your average sales position.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be providing customer support, processing orders, and building dealer relationships all while representing QAD as a company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide responsive customer support via phone and email
  • Enter and process sales orders in the order management system
  • Make outbound calls to maintain and grow dealer relationships
  • Promote and sell new and existing QAD products
  • Troubleshoot product inquiries and provide technical assistance
  • Represent QAD at annual industry trade shows
  • Prepare return authorizations and maintain daily activity records
  • Ensure accurate dealer representation on the company website
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments
  • Stay current on archery product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications include:

  • Archery knowledge is a strong plus

Preferred (but not required):
