Job description

Strategic Account Sales Manager

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Remote – United States

Opportunity

Responsible for expanding Kohler Home Services dealer network, enhancing market presence, capabilities, and driving sustained sales growth. The Strategic Account Sales Manager will focus on identifying and onboarding new dealers, managing market share objectives, and executing sales programs to accelerate performance for the Reveal by Kohler business.

This position reports directly to the Vice President and General Manager – Home Services and Strategic Accounts. The role is responsible for developing strong relationships with key dealer stakeholders, including ownership, senior leadership and cross-functional leaders and personnel.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and recruit new bath remodel dealers in target markets.
  • Work with marketing team to conduct market mapping and identify gaps, opportunities, and high-potential territories.
  • Lead onboarding and integration of new dealers in partnership with Strategic Account Sales Management team and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and dealer performance to set market share targets and strategies to achieve.
  • Monitor dealer performance, sales targets, merchandising standards, and customer experience requirements.
  • Lead in-person and virtual strategy sessions with partners and cross-functional teams to define goals, actions, and accountability.
  • Manage dealer incentive programs, promotions, and performance-based rewards.
  • Track program performance and adjust strategies to optimize return-on-investment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, category strategy, and finance teams to align product pipeline and program plan with business objectives.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners to drive growth and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching, sales support, and business development guidance to Strategic Account Sales Management team and dealers.
  • Hit overall sales and net income plan for LuxStone Showers and Walk-in-Bath business for assigned dealer partners.
  • Drive profitable customer mix by ensuring both net sales growth AND net income growth.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or B2B sales, preferably in a service or installation-based industry.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue in existing accounts.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: up to 65%

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
