Job description

RideNow Powersports-Huntsville is looking for a Parts Manager who's ready to deliver top-tier service.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals.
  • Drive revenue through effective inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team sales performance.
  • Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability.
    Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager.
  • Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred).
  • Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams to achieve sales goals
  • Deep understanding of parts inventory systems and dealer management tools (CDK and/or Lightspeed preferred)
  • Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of parts and servicing for motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft required.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises-including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas-while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
