What Youll Be Doing

  • Providing accurate damage estimates for vehicle repairs

  • Communicating with insurance companies to process claims efficiently

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Recent experience as an Estimator or Assistant Manager in a body shop OR 3+ years as a Body Shop Technician with estimating experience preferred

  • Knowledge of collision repair techniques and industry standards

  • Strong computer skills, preferably experience with CCC estimating software

  • Ability to determine labor times, write estimates, and handle supplements

  • Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills

  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
