The Manager, Deal Desk plays a critical role in driving revenue quality, pricing discipline, and commercial governance across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Leadership, ensuring complex deals are structured to accelerate revenue while protecting margin and mitigating risk. The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This individual will move beyond transactional deal processing to proactively shape deal strategy, optimize renewals, and improve scalable revenue operations. This role reports to the Director, Deal Desk.Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Deal Strategy & StructuringÂ
Lead end-to-end deal support for complex new business and renewal opportunitiesÂ
Partner with Sales to structure creative, compliant commercial solutions (e.g., finding a path to yes)Â
Evaluate pricing, discounting, and non-standard terms to balance competitiveness and margin protectionÂ
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to executive approval forumsÂ
Financial Modeling & AnalysisÂ
Build and review detailed financial models to assess deal economicsÂ
Analyze pricing scenarios, trade-offs, and long-term revenue impactÂ
Ensure alignment between commercial terms and financial assumptionsÂ
Governance & Risk ManagementÂ
Manage deal approval workflows and ensure compliance with pricing policiesÂ
Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risksÂ
Evaluate overlapping discount programs, rebates, and commercial agreements to ensure holistic deal evaluationÂ

Experience supporting complex commercial agreements and pricing strategyÂ
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersÂ
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presenceÂ
Ability to operate in ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Preferred:Â
Experience in media, ad tech, SaaS, or platform-based business modelsÂ

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $111,506.83 - $167,260.24
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
