Job description

What You'll Do:
The Deal Desk team sits within the Revenue Operations Organization and is responsible for enabling deal formation, design, and execution, with a focus on Criteo's high-value, non-standard, and game-changer Enterprise and Agency deals.
This is a highly visible and impactful role where you will be a key enabler of deal formation, design, and execution, with a focus on minimizing sales cycle time while optimizing revenue, profitability, and deal quality. You will work closely as a business partner with regional sales leadership across the Americas. You will act as an advisor in navigating deals efficiently through the deal lifecycle, financially structuring bespoke and complex deals, and accelerating decision-making.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, with responsibility for supporting deal activity across the Americas, including North America and Latin America.
Responsibilities
  • Financially structure high-value, standard, and non-standard deals for Enterprise and Agency clients across the Americas, ensuring they deliver revenue and profitability within corporate guidance.
  • Assess risk and navigate deals through the deal lifecycle and internal approval process in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Sales Operations, Finance and Product.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, subject matter expert, and partner on Deal Desk policies and procedures, best practices related to deal management and structuring, objection-handling techniques, alternative business structures, and value propositioning to help drive deal closures.
  • Help the organization become smarter, better, and faster when it comes to deal-making. Drive standardization of methodologies, increase efficiency and effectiveness through deal reviews and early checkpoints, and enforce standard business practices, frameworks, and policies.
  • Provide deal insights and transparency to the commercial organization and cross-functional teams in order to maximize scalability, increase resource efficiency, and optimize policies, processes, and systems, with the objective of increasing sales productivity.

Who You Are:
  • 6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Deal Desk, commercial finance, FP&A for sales organizations, or management consulting. Preference for candidates with experience in the ad-tech, agency, media, or technology landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with sound business judgment and the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to independently identify the actions required in a given situation.
  • Industry knowledge, technical insight, sales enablement experience, and strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining transparent communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams across the Americas.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we'd love to see your application!
