Job Overview
As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) on the Medical Surgical Unit, you'll work alongside nurses and providers to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs. You'll play an important role in supporting patient comfort, safety, and recovery by assisting with daily care activities, monitoring patient status, and helping create a positive patient experience.

Deaconess Union County Hospital has proudly served the Morganfield, Kentucky community since opening in 1946. As a 25-bed critical access hospital, the facility provides high-quality, close-to-home healthcare for patients throughout the region.
In addition to inpatient care, the hospital offers a 24-hour Emergency Department, hospital-based ambulance service, comprehensive diagnostic services including laboratory, imaging, and mammography, as well as physical therapy, cardiopulmonary care, and surgical services.
