Dispensary Retail AssociateOur Dispensary Retail Associate is responsible for product knowledge, the sale of products, customer/patient experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This individual will also assist customers/patients with their purchases, recommend suitable products, address concerns, and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked at all times. It is imperative that this individual have a passion for the cannabis industry, a strong knowledge of cannabis products, and experience contributing to a successful retail team.Your role in caring for our company:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.Ensure that the dispensary is always adequately stocked, clean and well organized.Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.Ensure high levels of customer/patient satisfaction through excellent service and professionalism. Responds to customer concerns in-person, online, and over the phone. Accurate entry of customer data into company platforms. Meet with customers/patients to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.Guide customers/patients regarding the use of cannabis and cannabis-infused products as needed and requested. Fulfillment of online, in-store, and curbside orders efficiently and accurately. Conduct sales transactions, accurately inputting all necessary data regarding transactions and inventory in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.Execute inventory, merchandising, product re-stocking, and in-store marketing as directed by store leadership.
