Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Analyst or Associate to join our Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets (DCM) group, focused on the Technology, Communications, and Media sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on an industry-leading platform in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of investment-grade debt transactions for corporate clients globally, with a growing emphasis on the evolving data center and digital-infrastructure financing landscape.

The team operates in a highly collaborative environment and provides direct exposure to senior bankers, clients, members of syndicate, sales & trading, and credit partners. The successful candidate will take real ownership of transaction workstreams and play a visible role in delivering differentiated financing solutions to a marquee client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior bankers in the execution of debt capital markets transactions, including bond offerings, liability management transactions, and capital structure advisory assignments
  • Take ownership of transaction processes and coordinate key workstreams, including leading internal and external calls when appropriate
  • Provide clients with timely market updates, insights, and actionable financing ideas via phone and email
  • Conduct market research and analysis on macroeconomic trends, credit markets, investor sentiment, and primary / secondary bond market activity
  • Prepare pitch books, client presentations, transaction materials, and market update materials
  • Manage the end-to-end preparation, review, and execution workflow for client materials and transaction deliverables
  • Monitor primary and secondary bond markets and provide relevant updates to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborate with syndicate, sales, trading, credit, legal, and other internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Support the team in maintaining and building strong client relationships through effective communication, thoughtful analysis, and exceptional service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or a related financial services role, with a strong preference for a prior role in a fixed income-related position
  • Strong understanding of fixed-income products, credit ratings, financial markets, investment-grade debt instruments, capital structures, and capital market dynamics
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, attention to detail, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in, or knowledge of, the Technology, Media, Telecom, and/or Data Center sectors.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and fixed-income valuation
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to operate efficiently under tight deadlines in a lean team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with, and demonstrated enthusiasm for, leveraging AI and generative-AI tools
  • Series 79, 63 and SIE licenses preferred

The expected base salary ranges from $120K - $175k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
