Yearly Salary: $58,240 Introduction Join our dynamic team as a DCI Police Dispatcher, where you will be at the heart of emergency communication and response. In this critical role, you will coordinate with law enforcement personnel to ensure the swift and efficient deployment of resources. Your quick thinking and calm demeanor will be essential in managing emergency situations, providing crucial support to officers, and ensuring public safety.

Job Responsibilities: - Receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls from the public and law enforcement agencies.- Dispatch appropriate police units and security guards to incidents and ensure timely response.- Monitor and operate multiple communication systems, including radios, telephones, computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems, and CCTV cameras.- Maintain accurate records of all communications and dispatch activities.- Provide real-time information and support to field officers, including background checks and warrant information.- Coordinate with other emergency services and departments as necessary.- Follow established protocols and procedures for handling various types of incidents.- Perform regular checks of equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.- Maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.- Provide support in crisis situations, including mass casualty incidents, natural disasters, and all other emergencies.
