What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of call center, telemarketing, or business development experience
• Additional experience in retail, hospitality, or administrative roles welcomed
• Familiarity in basic computer systems and CRM tools
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection over the phone
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention

What You'll Do

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
• Schedule solid Sales appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads, and service and parts customers.
• Develop knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer and phone skills within our BDC Department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage for this position is $16.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
