Summary * Primary Point of Contact (POC) for the CIO. The CIO Task Lead / CIO Strategy Support is responsible for providing high-level strategic and operational support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the directorate. * This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives by developing robust strategies, overseeing detailed project planning, and ensuring the smooth operation of the directorate. * The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT portfolio and project management. Responsibilities * Drive the successful execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives for DC3. * Develop, maintain, and align all IT enterprise strategic initiatives, including portfolio/acquisition strategies and roadmaps. Ensure all initiatives are synchronized with the DC3 mission and priorities. * Adhere to all relevant cyber frameworks. * Develop, maintain, and execute DC3's enterprise IT architecture. Oversee the organization's cloud computing strategy. Manage the enterprise data strategy in full alignment with the DC3 mission. * Manage and provide governance for DC3 enterprise portfolios. Establish and maintain well- defined portfolio structures. Formalize all related processes. * Implement clear reporting and communication mechanisms. * Optimize the allocation of IT enterprise resources. Manage program dependencies through comprehensive, data-driven analysis. * Conduct cost benefit analyses to inform build/buy decisions. Basic Qualifications * US Citizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS-SCI clearance eligible and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check * PMP certification. * 1 year of experience leading and supervising teams performing work encompassed by the following workforce elements defined in DoDI 8140.01: * IT (Cyberspace) * Cybersecurity * Software engineering * Data/AI * 1 year of experience briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness. Preferred Qualifications * US Citizen with an Active Top Secret – SCI clearance and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check * 5 years of experience leading and supervising teams performing work encompassed by the following workforce elements defined in DoDI 8140.01: * IT (Cyberspace) * Cybersecurity * Software engineering * Data/AI * 5 years of experience briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness.
