Job Description
Oversee property management for owned sites globally, facilitate and manage workplace space planning and build out projects for global sites and oversee global project workflow, budgets and costs, this includes:
  • Operate at both a strategic and tactical property management level throughout a global portfolio of owned office and industrial assets
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve property management efficiency including reports, vendor management, cost KPI's, site concerns
  • Review and implement best practices for audit of CAM expenses of owned and leased facilities
  • Lead internal and external teams to leverage and implement workforce planning methodologies, data sources, and practices
  • Take responsibility for overseeing tenant improvement and interior build out construction projects on a global level
  • Apply performance management, reporting and budget management techniques to monitor workplace planning and build out projects
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems for project budgets and capex budgets
  • Support department strategic initiatives and needs analysis for real estate consolidation, space utilization, relocations and market growth

  • Knowledge of project cash flow budgeting and capex budgeting

Additional Information
Expected base salary: $150,000 - $160,000
