Managing work-related stress and maintaining appropriate boundaries are important, as is seeking regular supervision or consultation, often built into DBT team structures. Therapists also frequently navigate complex group dynamics during skills training sessions. Working as part of a collaborative DBT team provides essential support and shared expertise, helping therapists stay effective and resilient in this challenging but rewarding field.
