Duration: Full time/Direct Hire

Our client is looking for a Senior Analytics Developer with Snowflake and BI experience. Our data solutions make a meaningful impact on customer success, sales performance, marketing, and internal processes that drive insights and efficiency.
Role :
As the Senior Analytics Developer, you will:
  • Create, deliver, adjust, and maintain key reports & tools needed to drill down into underlying data and ensure that teams have the information they need to implement data-driven strategies
  • Track ETAs, deliverables, and distribution to guarantee clear timing expectations around deliverables and regular reporting
  • Support data processing, pre-existing reporting, applications, and customer facing reports or data
  • Design, build, and maintain architecture pertaining to analytics
  • Develop views for utilization in reporting
  • Develop advanced analytic initiatives (e.g., prediction modeling, causal inference, experimentation, etc) using AI and machine learning

Experience
  • SQL: 8 Years (Required)
  • Snowflake: 4 Years (Required)
  • Python: 6 years (Required)
  • BI Tools (Sigma Computing, Tableau, Power BI, etc) : 6 Years (Required)
  • Snowpark: 2 Years (Preferred)
  • Scala: 4 Years (Optional)
  • JavaScript: 5 Years (Optional)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics or related field
  • 8+ years of work experience; 10+ years of experience in related work if no degree
  • A Master's Degree in a related field may substitute two (2) years' of work experience
  • Proficient in SQL, DBT, and Python
  • Creating and maintaining Stored Procedures
  • Highly experienced in Snowflake and Snowpark features (Python or Scala)
  • Have statistical skills utilized in A/B testing, analyzing observational data, and statistical modeling
  • Capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, data warehousing, data governance best practices, and security controls
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team to translate tasks into deliverables
  • Effective at designing and implementing solutions that meet scalability and performance requirements
  • Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI (Sigma Computing preferred)
