  • Query optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning
  • Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery, and database monitoring
  • Database security, user management, and access controls
  • Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
  • Experience with Bash or Python scripting for automation (preferred)
  • Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical production environments
