Hospitality Leader Wanted - Growing Team!

We are seeking a hands-on, service-driven Operations Manager to join our team at the Hampton Inn. This role is ideal for someone with strong hotel experience-Hilton brand experience is highly preferred-who can lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.


Position Overview

The Operations Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day success of the hotel. You will oversee core operational departments, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, while supporting the General Manager in driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

This role requires flexibility, leadership, and the ability to step in wherever needed to keep the hotel running smoothly.


What You'll Do
  • Support daily hotel operations and act as Manager on Duty as needed
  • Supervise Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure brand standards are met
  • Deliver and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members
  • Help manage labor, expenses, and overall hotel profitability
  • Review and support financial reporting with the General Manager
  • Conduct regular room inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Maintain compliance with Hilton and company policies and procedures
  • Lead by example-creating a positive, team-focused environment
  • Assist with front desk operations, including oversell management and guest issues
  • Be visible during peak hours, engaging with guests and supporting the team

What We're Looking For
  • Previous hotel supervisory experience required (Hilton experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including housekeeping and maintenance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Basic financial knowledge (P&L, labor, cost control)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Windows systems
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
