Fairfield Inn & Suites Dayton is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team in a full-time role. This position combines daytime front desk shifts with overnight night audit shifts, providing a consistent full-time schedule for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Follow hotel policies and brand standards while providing outstanding hospitality.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
  • Night audit experience is a plus.
