Dayforce HCM Analyst 6 Months

Client has recently went live with Dayforce and are looking for optimization help. They recently had three new employees start on the HRIS team but are not experts in Dayforce. They need someone to help come in, clean up the system, advice best practices, and help guide the new FT team.

Project:

  1. Post Go-Live Troubleshooting:
    • Provide day-to-day support for system users by troubleshooting issues and resolving problems across Dayforce HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance modules.
    • Work with functional teams (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) to understand user needs and provide effective solutions.
  2. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop, customize, and automate reports in Dayforce to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, and Compensation teams.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for data management, report creation, and data visualization in Dayforce.
    • Monitor system performance and generate operational reports to track system efficiency and highlight potential areas for improvement.
  3. Best Practices and System Optimization:
    • Share best practices for leveraging Dayforce functionality across HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance modules.
    • Offer insights into process improvements, user adoption, and efficiency gains across the system.
    • Conduct training sessions or create documentation to ensure end-users are well-informed on system features and processes.
