AV FINISHING

  • Oversee color, sound mix, and visual effects workflows end-to-end, partnering with colorists, editors, sound engineers, and internal post teams to ensure creative intent is preserved across all versions and platforms.
  • Shepherd scope, budget and AV post production resources.
  • Plan, schedule and manage internal and external AV production workflows, eliminating time-sensitive bottlenecks.
  • Ensure internal and external partners are aligned with brand guidelines, legal and clearance requirements, music usage, and technical file specifications across theatrical, broadcast, digital, and social platforms.

AV LOCALIZATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, and expectations to ensure localized AV is delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with global campaign strategy.
  • Provide pristine source material preps (GFX collects, scripts, M&E, etc) to enable high-quality, on-time localized component deliveries from Localization teams.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication on localization status, risks, and dependencies, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and keep regional launches on track.

WORKFLOW & TOOLING IMPROVEMENTS
  • Strategize how we eliminate, delegate, or automate our AV Production workflows for maximum efficiency without sacrificing quality or security.
  • Use data to inform production best practices, eliminating inefficiencies throughout our operational pipelines.

Requirements:
