About the Position
The Trader role works alongside the other members of the Diversify Asset Management trade team in executing investment strategies and professionally managing client portfolios. This is a full-time, in-office role stationed at our headquarters in South Jordan, Utah.
Your Impact:
  • Trade Execution: Trade equities, ETFs, bonds, options, and other securities. Rebalance client accounts according to rebalancing protocols.
  • Data Analysis and Validation: Review and validate large data sets. Conduct post-trade account reviews, trade reconciliations, and other operational tasks.
  • Database Maintenance: Help maintain the integrity and accuracy of the trading database.
  • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows. Proactively seek ways to improve the team's processes.
  • Versatility: Perform various data projects as needed to support the team's goals.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Trading experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Orion's trading platform and/or custodial trading platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Technical aptitude for process improvement and data analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter who can efficiently multitask and prioritize a variety of projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to contributing to team success.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Advanced Excel and data analytic capabilities are preferred.
