Job description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist that is very detailed oriented, takes pride in solving problems, finding solutions and providing excellent customer service. We have a growing eCommerce business and are looking for positive, well spoken individuals who possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task within a high volume environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Clear out orders as needed within the Nourison internal systems (CAMS/AS400) and various retailer profiles
  • Customer outreach
  • Tracking and shipping of all internal gifting or sample shipments
  • Working closely with eCommerce account executives, operations team and retail partners to communicate any shipping delays or variance from expected delivery date
  • Maintain multiple eCommerce accounts, handle orders, shipments, claims, and feedback in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication with 3PL for orders and returns
  • Report on daily open order activity to the shipping warehouses and prioritize back order and late order processing
  • Single point of contact for strategic eCom accounts with regards to validating order transparency or missing data sets

Requirements:

  • Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart or other eCommerce retailers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    1. Pivot tables
    2. V-lookups
  • Tableau experience a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support/experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to be resourceful, highly organized, and a creative problem solver
  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude - you'll be representing our brand directly to customers and retailers
