A private family Delray Beach is seeking an experienced, full-time Private Chef to provide healthy, fresh, family-oriented meals for a household of three adults and two young children. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, discreet, and highly adaptable, with a genuine interest in clean, farm-to-table cooking and the ability to accommodate a highly dynamic family schedule.
This is a long-term opportunity for a chef who enjoys becoming an integral part of a household and can confidently manage everything from daily meal preparation and grocery shopping to occasional entertaining and travel support.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare healthy, fresh, and delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners five days per week.
  • Prepare family-friendly meals and snacks for two young children.
  • Create homemade items such as granola, fresh juices, smoothies, and other healthy snacks.
  • Handle grocery shopping and maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Source high-quality ingredients, including fresh and local/farm-sourced products.
  • Develop simple, flavorful meals based on the family's preferences and schedule.
  • Prepare meals for dinner parties and family entertaining.
  • Travel occasionally with the family or travel ahead of the family to prepare a residence for arrival, including grocery shopping and advance meal preparation.
