Job description

RN - PACU

Specialty: Registered Nurse – PACU

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent PACU or critical care experience required

License: Active State or Compact RN License

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (all with expiration dates)

Must-Have: All time-off requests must be submitted with the initial application

Description: Seeking an experienced PACU RN to provide post-anesthesia care for patients recovering from surgery. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, managing pain, assessing recovery, and responding to emergencies as needed.

This is a 12-hour shift role with potential floating within similar acuity areas. Call, weekend, and holiday rotations may apply. Compliance onboarding typically takes 4–6 weeks. Voice advantage and nurse manager interviews required. Shifts must be made up in case of callouts.

Required for Onboarding:

  • Active RN License
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
