Position: HS English Teacher, 1.0 FTE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School English Teacher to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and challenging lesson plans that align with state standards, promoting a love of literature and critical thinking skills in students, and fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
  • Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate in English (BA).
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful teaching experience at the high school level (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment practices.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
