Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring they are tailored to meet individual needs and preferences.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy modalities to assist clients in identifying goals and navigating challenges.
• Facilitate insightful conversations that help clients reflect on their experiences, emotions, and relationships, contributing to their overall healing process.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring robust communication to promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. The clients you work with may be facing various concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions. The emphasis is on fostering a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard and valued.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure in your state as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory; please specify your license and state in your application.
• Ability to operate autonomously without the need for supervision.
• No history of disciplinary action against your licensure is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Proficient in modern psychotherapy techniques and comfortable with digital tools.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a teletherapy setting or proficiency with video conferencing technology is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
