Qualifications
Minimum Education:

  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
  • Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

  • 1 year Required

Licenses:

  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
  • Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required

What you can expect at your practice:

  • Position located at Gettysburg Hospital
  • Night shift PRN employee wanted; opportunity to work day shift may be available
  • Primary shifts: 6pm - 6am , 6pm - 5am , 7:30pm - 7:30am , 7:30pm - 6:30am
  • Day shift: 7 am - 7pm or 7 am - 6 pm
  • 2 shifts a month required, but other opportunities to pick up may be available
  • Seeking experienced hospitalist
