We're seeking a full-time Insurance Customer Service Rep to deliver exceptional service, support sales efforts, and maintain strong client relationships. You will handle inbound communication, assist clients with policy needs, and identify opportunities to improve coverage and retention. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and contributing to both service and sales success.
