About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Food Stylist Intern to join our in-house Creative Studio at FreshDirect. You'll work directly with our photographer/Art Director, Visual Content, and Creative Director to bring FreshDirect's food to life through photography, video, and social content. From fresh produce and ready-to-eat meals to baked goods and butcher cuts, you'll help make every item look fresh and craveable.
This is a hands-on studio role-ideal for someone who loves food, has a sharp visual eye, and wants to learn the art of food styling and content production in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You'll Do
• Assist in cooking, prepping, plating, and styling food for photography and video shoots.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout production.
• Help source, organize, and manage props, dishware, and ingredients.
• Collaborate with photographer/art director to ensure each shot meets creative and brand standards.
• Support in testing and developing new concepts for campaigns and seasonal shoots.
• Handle setup and breakdown of shoots
• Stay current on food styling and photography trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
