Murfreesboro, TN Wage: $16.00 - $18.25 / hour Shift | Schedule | Hours | Wage: Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm | $16.00 - 18.25 per hour Company Benefits: 401K (+Matching) Weekly Pay Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Advancement Opportunities to Leadership Roles Site-Specific Benefits: Performance Pay (Work faster/Make more money) Full-Time Overtime Available Dress Comfortably Free lunches for special events Special Occasion Employee Appreciation (Free TVs, tablets, headphones, and baked goods) Job Description: This position is in a fast-paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. Associates will be expected to stand on an assembly line for the entire shift in a cold environment. (40 Degrees) Depending on where an associate is located on the assembly line they could be asked to load the line with material, glue boxes, push products, stack pallets, and anything else required by leadership. Associates must also maintain a safe and clean area.
