Position Opening – Direct Support Professional (Program Support Specialist) Location: 61 Corporate Circle, New Castle, DE 19720

As you build relationships with the people you serve, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill of participating in their community.

  • Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
  • Must be able to work M-F (daytime) 40-hours/week 8AM-4PM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driving record in good standing to drive company vehicles
  • Case management and documentation experience Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
