Program Assistant – Adult Day Program (Full Time)
Glasgow, KY $11/hour

Looking for a rewarding role where your work truly impacts lives? Join our Adult Day Program team and support individuals in a compassionate, community-based environment. If you're caring, dependable, and ready to make a difference—this is the job for you!

What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on support to older adults and individuals with:
    Brain injuries
    Intellectual/developmental disabilities
    Behavioral or mental health needs
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
 Transport and pick up program participants using the program van
Help plan and lead fun, engaging group and individual activities
 Promote independence, self-esteem, and social skills
Ensure safety, care, and emotional support at all times

What We're Looking For:

18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
At least 1 year of experience in human services (preferred)
 Valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year of driving history (required)
CPR/First Aid knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
 Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Strong communication and attention to detail
