Job Title: General LaborerJob DescriptionThe General Laborer supports production operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks, using hand and power tools to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and material handling. This role plays a key part in keeping the production line running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and continuous workflow.
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning materials and products as directed.
- Use hand tools to carry out basic assembly, adjustment, or preparation of materials and components.
- Operate power tools safely to support production processes in accordance with instructions and safety guidelines.
- Follow production instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency on the production floor.
- Support team members and supervisors by responding to requests and completing assigned tasks promptly.
- Observe and follow all safety rules and guidelines while working with tools, equipment, and materials.
- Report any issues with tools, equipment, or materials to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Essential Skills- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks that may involve standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to operate power tools in a controlled and safe manner.
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately in a production setting.
- Strong attention to safety practices while working with tools, equipment, and materials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience in a production position.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn new production processes and tool usage.
- Reliability and punctuality in attending scheduled shifts.

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
