Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description

The General Laborer supports production operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks, using hand and power tools to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and material handling. This role plays a key part in keeping the production line running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and continuous workflow.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning materials and products as directed.
  • Use hand tools to carry out basic assembly, adjustment, or preparation of materials and components.
  • Operate power tools safely to support production processes in accordance with instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Follow production instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency on the production floor.
  • Support team members and supervisors by responding to requests and completing assigned tasks promptly.
  • Observe and follow all safety rules and guidelines while working with tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Report any issues with tools, equipment, or materials to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
