As a Registered Nurse with 5 West Surgery & Trauma Unit, you'll be part of a team that places priority on patient safety, quality of care and staff safety at the only full-service hospital in Cary, North Carolina.

What You'll Do
  • Provide total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the implementation of a plan of care.
  • Provide care for a diverse patient population, including trauma related injuries, bariatric surgery, total joint surgery, general surgery, neuro/spine surgery, and oncology patients
  • Participate in bedside shift reports and purposeful hourly rounding
  • Conduct multiple disciplinary rounds for discharge progresses
  • Prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes
