As a Call Center Associate, you make a great first impression on behalf of our company. Your friendly tone on the phone is music to a potential client's ear when they call to get a quote, ask a question, or voice a concern. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of verifiable call center experience
  • Ability to manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls

Experience in the construction industry would be a plus.
