ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 2013 and has grown into a close-knit team of nine who support each other and our customers every day. With a background in banking, I brought my experience in financial services into the insurance industry to help families protect what matters most.
Family is at the center of everything I do. I have one daughter, strong roots in Mexico, and a deep passion for empowering women and supporting others in their personal and professional growth. That same family-first mindset shapes the culture of our office.
We stay active in the community by participating in events like back-to-school drives and Halloween celebrations, and we're always looking for more ways to stay involved and give back locally.
Our team benefits from strong mentorship and personal development opportunities. We also offer team events along with incentives like extra pay or time off, health benefits, licensing support, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
Our culture is family-oriented, diverse, and highly supportive. We have a close-knit team across both offices with great communication and a shared goal of helping each other succeed. We're looking for someone with a positive mindset, patience, strong communication skills, and a driven attitude.
