Your Role

As a Team Member, you’re part of the engine that keeps Dave’s running hot. You’ll deliver legendary guest service, prep crave‑worthy food, and help keep the restaurant clean, fast, and fired up. Every shift is a team effort—and every guest experience matters.


What You’ll Do

Get ready to stay moving and make an impact:

  • Create next-level guest experiences with friendly, confident, and energetic service
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and serve food with enthusiasm
  • Learn the ropes through the Dave’s Hot Chicken Training Program, and communicate when you need extra coaching
  • Work side-by-side with your crew to prep and serve menu items while following recipes, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment like fryers, warmers, and ice cream dispensers
  • Keep the restaurant looking fresh—cleaning tables, floors, kitchen equipment, utensils, and restrooms
  • Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, always aiming to make things right
  • Show pride in your appearance by rocking the Dave’s uniform and following brand standards
