Job description

Job Summary:
Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is focused on creating innovative payment solutions for over 1.5 million customers worldwide. The Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud Intelligence Architect will design and implement data strategies, lead API/ETL integrations, and ensure data governance for marketing analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Data Architecture & Modeling: Design data models, normalize, and harmonize disparate data sources (media, CRM, web, email) within MCI.
• Implementation & Integration: Build robust ETL pipelines, custom connectors, and API integrations.
• Advanced Analytics: Configure calculated dimensions, measures, and complex widgets to drive KPI frameworks.
• Governance & Optimization: Enforce data governance, naming conventions, and optimize performance for high-volume datasets.
• QA & Release Management: Implement QA processes for data accuracy, testing, and system deployment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years in marketing data engineering, with 3+ years specifically in Salesforce Datorama (MCI)
• Strong SQL skills
• Knowledge of API-based integrations
• Experience with data modeling and ETL
• Deep understanding of marketing channels, KPI frameworks, and attribution
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Proven experience with data modeling, relational databases (SQL), data mapping, and API integration
• Deep understanding of Salesforce schema, SOQL, Data Loader, ETL tools, and master data management
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
