Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Review sales trends and promotional information to accurately forecast inventory needs for Anheuser-Busch and all other partner suppliers.

· Submit forecasts and product movement to suppliers for determination of appropriate inventory levels.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels to acceptable dates to ensure fresh product leaving the warehouse. This includes cutting incoming orders and requesting RA’s for over shipped SKU’s as well as submitting tickets for low DOH.

· Review and approve DMC and freight invoices for payment for select supplier partners and freight carriers.

· Check physical inventory in warehouse to ensure freshness (code dates) and ensure that dates match what is in the system.

· Transmit accurate weekly sales and inventory reports to AB as required.

· Manage sellable asset inventory (coasters, glassware, buckets, etc.).

· Review close code and 60-day reports for accuracy and distribute to applicable management weekly.

· Participate in end of month inventory counts and reconciliation process as needed.

· Remain current in AOE activities and participate in natural and cross-sectional teams as required.

· Perform Out of Stock Report on a daily basis and 10 day review for upcoming at risk SKU’s. Source weekly in an organized fashion as needed to stay in stock and maintain acceptable DOH.

· Work with Sales Department to provide appropriate inventory for promotions, market events, seasonal curves, & new product rollouts.

· Manage and conduct meetings to identify and deplete low GP items not meeting pick location hurdles by department.

· Manage inventory levels to ensure finished product loss is within budget. Additionally, work with Sales Department to develop plans to move close-coded or slow-moving items.

· Manage set up process for all new items, including final check before items are activated.

· Ensure THC items arriving are complaint with COA’s.
