SC Data Center, Inc. is a rapidly evolving technology company supporting Colony Brands, Inc., one of North America’s largest multi-channel direct-marketing companies. With roots dating back to 1926, we combine long-standing stability with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and community support.

We are seeking an Applications Support Technician to support third-party software applications that power our warehouse, fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics operations. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to troubleshoot issues, support end users, and ensure system reliability. Responsibilities also include supporting system testing, upgrades, and performance optimization. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics platforms: such as Infios (HighJump), e2open (BluJay/Kewill), Datex, or Acumatica is highly valued.
