Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Network / Datacenter Smart Hands Engineer to provide onsite support within datacenter, laboratory, and network environments. The role focuses on physical infrastructure support, network operations assistance, and hands-on troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cable tracing, hardware replacement, rack-and-stack activities, and power cycling
  • Support servers, storage devices, network equipment, and datacenter infrastructure
  • Assist with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Maintain cable management, labelling, inventory, and UPS validation activities
  • Support datacenter operations, migrations, and infrastructure projects
  • Document work and update ServiceNow tickets in accordance with SLA requirements
