Job Title: Database Administrator
Location: Austin, TX
Required:
8 Years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
 5 Years of  experience in Development and maintenance of large Oracle database, more than 10TB of data, over 1G number of rows. Experience with performance and conformity testing.
 5 Years of experience in SQL programming. Ability to create and update Oracle-based stored procedures.
 5 Years of experience with system integration testing.
 3 Years of experience in facilitating interpersonal interactions involving design, development, testing, peer reviews, and implementation activities including developers, business analysts, development and QA teams while ensuring that system requirements are documented, complete and accurate, and that system support, release notes and maintenance documentation is complete.
 3 Years of Ability to elicit requirements from multiple stakeholders with different knowledge areas, clearly and concisely document identified requirements, and provide an integrated solution for projects of varying size and complexity.
 2 Years of ETL Technologies, data cleansing, data transformation, ETL automation using scripting languages.
 2 Years of experience developing user acceptance and systems test plans, test scenarios, test processes and schedules, and pre-test training.  Experience designing and coordinating defect reporting and validating defect fixes
.2 Years of experience designing complex spreadsheets in Excel, with some experience in VBA
 Strong Understanding of data structures, data migration/conversion/transformation and concepts of both relational and multi-dimensional database design.
 Strong Team player with ability to mentor and train others.
 Strong Analytical, interpersonal, technical, and both oral and written communication skills; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; independently performs a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity.
 Demonstrated  experience working in a team environment.
Preferred:
 Experience with health care data is preferred
